| 摘 要： | 教育部直属师范大学实施的师范生免费教育政策是国家对教师教育政策的重大调整，是针对当前的教育问题作出的重大决策。从价值角度解析这一政策有助于正确理解政策内涵并进行客观评价，进而提出合理化建议，保证政策顺利有效实施。

| Abstract: | Free education policy towards students of government owned normal universities is a great adjustment in national education,and it is a great strategy to solve the present educational problems.To analyze this policy form the aspect of value can be of help to have a correct understanding as well as an objective estimate of this policy,and is also helpful to propose reasonable suggestion and guarantee the smooth and effective application of the policy. |
