| 摘 要： | 政治文明和依法治国关系密切。在中国特色的社会主义事业建设中,政治文明必然要求依法治国,并且推动依法治国从形式到内容不断向前发展。依法治国是政治文明的基本内容,是政治文明的必要保障。两者互为前提,互相促进,须臾不可分离。

| Abstract: | There is a close relation between political civilization and administering the country by law. In the course of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, political civilization requires administering the country by law, and the latter pushes forward the development of the former both in form and content. Administering the country by law is the basic content of political civilization and its necessary guarantee. The two aspects serve as mutual prerequisites and mutual impetus, and cannot be separated. |
