试论债务信用矛盾激化对社会治安的影响和法律对策

当前,不安定因素中因信用纠纷引发的比重不断增加,信用性的违法犯罪案件呈上升趋势,涉债犯罪出现新动向和新形式。因此,应尽快制定和完善民事执行法律,建立比较完整的个人信用评估体系,提升现有法律执行措施的强度,着力打击合法形式掩盖下的恶意侵财、诈骗犯罪,加强法治意识,发挥正常经济调控功能。

On the Influence of Debt Credit Contraditction Sharpened on Public Order and the Respective Legal Solution

Among current unstable factors the proportion of credit disputes is increasing, the violations and crimes concerning credit are rising, and there are new tendency and new form of the crime involved with debts. So we should formulate and improve civil enforcement law as soon as possible, set up the intact evaluation system of individual credit, intensify measures of present law enforcement, put forth efforts to like the malicious violation of property and defrauding crime, strengthen legal consciousness, and bring into play the normal economic regulative function.
