摘    要:实施人才强国战略是实现小康建设目标的保证。当前应着重抓好三方面的工作:一是以能力建设为核心,加强人才培养工作;二是形成科学的人才评价和使用机制;三是注重人才资源的整体开发,实现人才工作的协调发展。
