| 摘 要： | 村庄"多元"治理模式是与"一元"治理模式相对立的一种模式,是以"多元化"治理权力为基础,以"多元化"治理主体为核心,以"多元化"治理资源为桥梁,以"多元化"治理手段为途径的一种村庄治理模式.要建立理想的村庄"多元"治理模式,就必须根除实践中存在的立法、行政和经济文化三大障碍.同时还要看力构建"多元"治理权力和治理手段的合法性机制和协调机制;构建"多元"治理主体和治理资源的培育机制和协调机制.
