| 摘 要： | 民事审判监督体系作为整个民事诉讼活动的监督制度,在我国表现为显性监督和隐性监督。就目前的情况而言,无论是显性监督还是隐性监督,均存在严重的缺陷,因而有必要针对这些缺陷采取一些具体的完善措施,使整个民事审判监督体系走上法制化、程序化、规范化的轨道。

| Abstract: | As the supervisory system in the whole civil actions, the supervisory system of civil adjudication in China includes obvious supervision and dormant supervision, in which there exist severe limitations. Countermeasures should be taken to improve the supervisory system of civil adjudication and thus make it legal, procedural and standard. |
