| Abstract: | Security of the support to the old-aged farmers should be paid much attention. The most feasible and emergent task is to set up a system for support to the old-aged with its feature of social relief. Such a system will ask the government to fulfill its responsibility for protecting the support to the old-aged poor farmers. Through setting up a protective system of least living qualification and medical help, the government should be able to structure the last safe line for the support to the old-aged farmers. |
