中国经济法学研究影响力与经济法实践发展——基于CNKI 39年文献大数据

本研究基于CNKI《知识资源总库》公开发布文献数据,借助文献计量学理论,应用历史分析和对比分析方法,从经济法学学术文献、研究内容、研究学者、研究机构、基金支撑五个维度,以发文量、下载频次、被引频次为三个核心指标,对中国经济法学39年(1979-2017)研究成果数据进行定量基础上的定性分析。研究发现,经济法学研究与经济法实践发展具有正相关性,经济法学研究中经典文献、核心研究内容、高影响力学者、权威研究机构、充足的基金支持对经济法学的形成、发展、完善具有重要影响作用。经济法学研究影响力有待进一步扩大和提升。据此,从学者、机构、内容、方法、视角、基金支持等方面提出提升中国经济法学研究水平和推进中国经济法实践发展建议。

Influence of Economic Law Research and Development of Economic Law Practice in China

The study based on CNKI knowledge resource pool,published literature data,using the theory of literature metrology,historical analysis and comparative analysis method,from the economic law academic literature,research contents,research scholars,research institutions,fund support five dimensions,with identificated,download frequency,the cited frequency as the three core indicators,on Chinese economic law science for 39 years(1979-2017)to quantitative research data on the basis of qualitative analysis.It is found that economic law science research has a positive correlation with the development of economic law practice,and the classic literature,core research content,high-impact scholars,authoritative research institutions and sufficient fund support in economic law science research have an important influence on the formation,development and improvement of economic law practice.There is still much room for improvement in the study of economic law science.Based on this,the paper puts forward suggestions on improving the research level of Chinese economic law science and promoting the development of Chinese economic law practices from the perspectives of scholars,institutions,contents,methods,perspectives and fund support.
