| Abstract: | This article points out that poor government performance as the leader,obscure characteristics of tourist products,and ignorance of the basic fasic function of market are the main reasons which have resulted in the stagnant tourism development of ethnic areas in Central Hainan province.The conception of establishing Wuzhishan Mountain Ethnic Cultures Tourism Development Zone is presented. |
