Law and Civilization:the Analysis by Guizot about the History of Roman Law in Mediaeval Age of Savigny

Savigny is the central spokesman of the historical school of law in 19th century.In his dominating books of law,the History of Roman law in mediaeval age don’t arose enough interesting with scholars,and about which there is no expert introduction,that is a pity.As a result,the author try to tire the analysis by Guizot who was the famous scholar in France about the book,and beg it can offer some reference for the further study about Savigny and his school.
