| 摘 要： | 电信诈骗是近年来迅速发展、蔓延的一种新型诈骗犯罪,已经成为危害我国社会治安的突出问题。电信诈骗犯罪具有不同于其他犯罪的特点,电信诈骗犯罪的侦查工作存在难点,必须针对侦查瓶颈,研究相应的侦查对策。

| Abstract: | Telegraphic swindle is a new type of crime which spread rapidly in China, it has become one of the main factors endanger social security, telegraphic swindle has it＇s own characteristics which are different from other crimes, there are difficulties in investigating telegraphic swindle, we should research on countermeasures of the crime. |
