| 摘 要： | 建国初期,为使广大干部适应新形势、新任务的需要,中国共产党在毛泽东干部教育思想的指导下,大力开展干部教育工作,在全国建立了较完整的干部教育体系,使干部教育逐步走上正规化、制度化、系统化的轨道.虽然,执政条件下党的干部教育还处于探索和初创阶段,有许多不足之处,但总体上看取得巨大成就,在党的干部教育史上占有重要地位.
