维护警察权益的思考

近几年来，警察的合法权益屡屡受到不法的侵害。表现为：暴力袭警现象不断增多；诬告、陷害频频发生；警察的生命受到了严重的威胁。只有加强领导，把维护警察权益工作摆在重要位置，完善警察权益的立法，建立维权组织，规范、完善警察的保护工作机制，建立公安机关内部督察正名制度，加强法律、法规宣传教育，增强公安的法制观念，加大教育培训力度，努力提高公安民警执法水平，开展“苦练基本功”活动，增强警察自我保护意识和能力，才能使警察合法权益得到有效保护。

The Consideration on Safeguarding the Police's Rights and Interests

In recent years, police's rights and interests have been infringed repeatedly. Many serious phenomenons like false allegation, circumvention appeared. The security of the police has been threatened. Only through strengthening lead, putting the work of police's rights and interest on the important position, improving the legislation on this term, building protective work mechanism to safeguard organization, criterion, improving police quality, constructing public security intro-surveillance system, enhanceing the propagandistic education of law, strengthen the police's understand of law, intensifying the education training, making effort to raise police's enforcement level, developing the activities like "working hard on basic skill", and reinforcing the police's self-protective consciousness and ability, could we make the police's rights and interests protection effective.
