| 摘 要： | "八·一三"战争结束至太平洋战争爆发期间,上海两租界沦为"孤岛"。"孤岛"期间,上海租界当局一改以往的自由贸易政策,对两租界范围内的商业贸易进行了诸多管制。这些管制政策虽然未能一一贯彻执行,但在当时特定的战时背景下,对租界市民的生存、生活仍有其积极意义。

| Abstract: | From the end of Shanghai Resistance War on August 13 of 1937 to the breakout of the Pacific War in December of 1941, two Shanghai concessions became "Isolated Island". During this period, the concession authorities changed the free trade policies, and began to control the commerce in the concessions. Though the control measures weren't carried out completely, they brought some positive effects to people's life during that specific wartime. |
