监企分开后监狱企业的管理方略

摘    要:作为监狱体制改革中心环节的监狱企业改革,是监狱企业所面临的一次根本性的变革,这就必然要求在改革过程中和改革以后,对监狱企业的管理进行全方位的管理变革。监狱企业必须在体制改革的同时,加强系统管理;必须重建价值标准和监狱企业文化,必须重新配备企业管理者队伍,必须调整企业战略,必须提高企业管理水平,重新创建监狱企业特色的企业管理模式。

Abstract:As the center of the structural reform of prison, the reform of prison enterprise is a fundamental transformation faced by the prison enterprise, which necessarily requests an omni-directional management transformation to the enterprise's management during and after the reform process. When the structural reform was carried on the prison enterprise, the systematic management should be enhanced, which requires to reconstruct the standard of value and the jail enterprise culture, provide the enterprise superintendent troop, adjust the enterprise strategy, raise the business management level, and establish the mode of enterprise management with prison characteristic.
