法学案例教学的设计与实践

摘    要:教学改革始终是教育教学的前沿问题,研究教学方法手段是每个教师需要认真思考并实践的重要课题.从法学教学的实践出发,结合法学教学特点,探讨案例教学的设计与实践,力求从学科教学入手,以点带面地研究高等教育中理论与实践相结合的切入点,是教师在教学中亟待解决的问题.对案例教学的设计、案例教学的实践、案例教学的效果和功能以及案例教学适用过程中存在的问题的研究,有利于更好地实现培养目标,达到培养目的.

Abstract:Teaching reform is in forward position of education all the time.It is an important task for every teacher to consider study and practice the teaching method.For the practice of law-teaching,it is an urgent task for teachers to research the design and practice of case teaching according to the characteristics of the law-teaching;to research how to combine theory with practice in the way of fanning out from point to area,start with using the different teaching methods for different subjects.The study on design and practice of case teaching,effect and function of case teaching,problems existed in the using of case teaching is beneficial to achieve the teaching aim and the educational purpose.
