浅析“中国制造”屡受反倾销调查之原因——以轮胎特保案为视角

到目前为止,我国轮胎行业继纺织品、玩具等产品之后成为受到国外反倾销调查频度最高的行业之一,提起反倾销调查的国家也越来越多。笔者以此次美国、澳大利亚、阿根廷等国家提出反倾销调查为视角,通过对"中国制造"所处的尴尬局面,西方等国家对中国完全市场经济地位的否认等方面分析"中国制造"屡受反倾销调查的原因。通过提出实现产业升级、树立品牌意识;改变出口外向型经济发展战略,扩大内需;争取废除在WTO中对中国不利的条款等方面的建议,试图为"中国制造"频繁受到反倾销调查之困境找到出路。

Brief Cause Analysis on Repeatedly Counter-dumping Investigation on Products Made in China——Taking the Tire Especial Protection Case as the Angle of View

So far, the tire profession has received overseas counter- dumping investigation frequenly after products textile, toy, and so on , which has become one of the highest professions, the country which raises the investigation has also get more and more. The author takes the counter - dumping investigation from the countries like the USA, Australia, Argentina and so on as angle of view, analyzes the reason why China receives the counter - dumping investigation repeatedly which has made the embarrassing situation to China, and why the west deny the complete market economy status to China. The paper give much advice to help products made in China to find the outlet： to realize the industrial u opmental strategy and pgrading, to acquire the brand consciousness; to change the export oriented economy develexpand domestic demand; to try to abolish provision in the WTO which has no advantage to China.
