| Abstract: | The self-governance among villagers is an important practice during that we develop socialist democracy.The self-governance among villagers has experienced three stages over the past three decades since the reform and opening-up.It has played an important role in many places,but there are still some problems.A comprehensive thought will give us lot of beneficial lessons. |
