反恐背景下当代中国民族分裂问题透视

西藏3.14事件和新疆7.5事件再一次表明:在当代我国民族问题中,分裂主义的存在及其破坏活动是带给国家政权最直接、最强烈冲击的一种现实威胁。目前对我国国家安全和民族团结与稳定产生威胁的分裂主义势力主要有东突势力、达赖集团。有民族存在,就会有民族问题存在。当今世界的民族问题具有普遍性、长期性、复杂性、国际性和重要性等特点,而民族分裂活动的治理又是一项长期、艰巨、复杂的政治斗争和系统工程。随着国际局势特别是我周边国家和地区形势的发展变化,境内外分裂势力的破坏活动逐渐呈上升趋势,我国反民族分裂斗争必然会出现新的情况、新的变化、新的方略。从宏观上看,需要综合治理,标本兼治,重在治本。
