| Abstract: | That foreign funds incorporate the state-owned enterprises in China is being a hot point being talked about incorporation of enterprise nowadays in China. With the accelerating entry into the WTO, appropriate solution of the afore-mentioned problems is taking on a broader significance. This article, therefore, after analyzing the problems existed in the process of incorporating, advances some proposals for perfecting relevant legal system about foreign funds’ incorporating the state-owned enterprises. |
