| Abstract: | Rural reform in our country has entered a new period and the problem of "san nong" has become the first one of our economic development. Strictly implementing party rural policy ia the most important starting point of the solution to the problem of Z "san nong" . We must establish rural economic administrative system and policy executive mechanism which should suit the needof the socialist market - directed economy in order to implement agricultural effectively. |
