摘    要:从新民主主义革命时期到改革开放的新时期,中国共产党的干部管理模式经历了集中统一的干部管理模式,高度集权的干部管理模式,分类分级的干部管理模式。

Abstract:From the new democratic revolution period to the new era of reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China cadres' management model has experienced from centralized management,highly centralized management model,classification and grading of the cadre management mode.
