对物业管理不完善社区治安防范工作的思考

无规范化物业管理的社区大多为上个世纪 70至 80年代建设的小区 ,许多是散居民区 ,治安防范工作明显薄弱 ,是各类案件的多发区域 ,特别是夜间发案率较高。由政府拨款、居民集资 ,社区居民委员会牵头组织管理 ,公安派出所指导组建社区治安巡防队是解决物业管理不完善社区治安防范工作的有力举措。

On Security Prevention Efforts in Communities Managed Poorly

Few efforts in security prevention are made in some residential areas which were mostly built in 1970s to 1980s and lack normal management, so various kinds of criminal cases are committed there, especially at night. It is a powerful measure to establish a security patrol group of community which get the money from the government, management from the residents committee and the guidance from the police stations.
