| 摘 要： | 在刑事犯罪中,黑社会性质组织、犯罪集团、流氓恶势力犯罪都是有组织的普通刑事犯罪,社会危害严重,为维护社会秩序和保护人民生命财产安全,保障经济建设的顺利进行,必须要正确区分,并依法从重从快予以惩处。

| Abstract: | Among organized criminal offences,there are crimes committed by the organization with thenature of criminal syndicate,by criminal gangs,and by gangsters and hooligans,which jeopardize the societyseverely.In order to maintain social order and protect the safety of the people and their property,and to ensuresmooth economic development,we must distinguish them correctly and punish criminals severely and speedilyaccording to the law. |
