| Abstract: | The teaching evaluation to the university is an assessment targeted on teaching level and quality,which is vital for the future of a university.The evaluation is a process to discuss the goal of running the university,to explore teaching reforms,to improve conditions as well.To realize the general goal of the evaluation,we have to figure out some questions,namely,why to do,what to do and how to do. |
