人权还是知识产权:美国对华政策的一个重要转折

Human Rights or Intellectual property: An important turn of US Policy to China

Early days of Clinton government was in the crossroads of the policy to China. After the Cold War, American adjusted the foreign policy, put the economy at the first place and problem of intellectual prospect appeared. Policy to China deviated from this aim, put the human rights at the first aim and connected with most-favoured-nation treatment. The US went through an important turn of change the aim, set up the contact policy upon economy and trade, and the intellectual property return the key problem between China and the US.
