Basic moral standard of citizens is"love the country and obey the law,be sensible and honest,be united and friendly,be hardworkingand thrifty and improve oneself,do one's work well and make contributions".To love one's country is the soul;to obey the law is the backing;to be sensible is the window;to be honest is the mainstay;to be united is the character;to be friendly is the criterion;to be hardworking and thrifty is the tradition;to improve oneself is the pursuit;to do one's work well is the manifestation;to make contribution is the realm.
