| 摘 要： | “教授法”是我国占主流的法学教育模式,该模式存在着忽视法学的实践性的缺点;统一司法考试中的刑法真题在总体上体现了素质教育理念;以司法考试为导向的法学教育不会成为新的应试教育;在统一的司法考试制度下,刑事案例演习这种新教育模式的探索具有时代意义。

| Abstract: | "Teaching and studying" is the mainstream law education model in China, and it has the disadvantage of ignoring law practice. The judicial test questions indicate the quality-oriented education principle in general. The judicial test-oriented law education can't become new examination-oriented education and the probe of criminal case demonstration education model has its era content under the judicial test system. |
