Fission Country Crime and Its Judicial Recognition

The legislative stipulation of our country criminal law about the fission country crime experienced a historical developing process. In recent years, each kind of fission country criminal activity sometimes occurred in the national scope, thus we are facing the stern situation to this crime punishment. In March 2005, ten sessions of National People's Congress passed through Counter-fission Country Law, which brings us a new subject for studying the fission country crime. Therefore, understanding the legislation survey of the fission country crime and researching characteristic as well as the judicial recognition of fission country crime, has the important practical significance.
