| 摘 要： | 在违约的若干救济措施中 ,损害赔偿的救济措施是极其重要的。无论是在立法抑或在学理上 ,如何确定违约损害赔偿的范围都显得意义重大。在英美法系国家和大陆法系国家 ,人们对违约损害赔偿范围的认识是大相径庭。因此 ,从两大法系的相关理论和法律制度中 ,我们可以有所借鉴以完善我国合同立法
