服务型政府浅论

建设服务型政府是当前中国政务建设的重点所在,也是继新公共管理理论之后新公共服务理论的价值诉求。服务型政府的价值取向和建构路径与各国国情、行政生态环境息息相关。我国政府的发展,必须从公共服务意识、公共服务目标、公共服务能力、公共服务方式、公共服务保障、公共服务评估等六个方面努力,这样才能把我们的政府建设成为真正的服务型政府。

Service Oriented Government

As dictated by the new public management theory, the transition into a service oriented government is the focal point of the Chinese government administrative reform. This reform must be conducted according to the specific needs of each local municipality. There are six criteria that must be strictly followed： public service awareness; public service objective; public service capacity; public service method; public service assurance; and public service evaluation.Only then can our government become a true service-oriented administration.
