高等职业教育质量提升的思考

高等职业教育由于实用技术能力强，高职院校就业率有赶超普通院校的趋势，“订单”式培养渐成潮流，人才市场趋向理智。因此，大力发展高等职业教育、提升高职院校竞争力，是实现素质教育，科技兴国战略的必然选择。高职院校的培养目标应该是：以教育理论改革为先导，以产学结合为核心，以教育基地建设为重点，注重提高办学质量，以办出特色求生存，以开拓创新求发展。

Quality Enhancement for Higher Professional Education

There is the trend of overtaking general colleges in employment for graduates from higher professional colleges because of their practical technical capacity. Cultivating students as ＂ordered＂ has become a trend. The intellectual market tends to mature and become reasonable. Hence, it is necessary for achieving quality education and the science and technology strategy to vigorously develop higher vocational education, and enhance their competitiveness. The cultivation objectives for higher professional colleges should be： taking education concept innovation as the lead, combining production and study the core, and education base construction the focus, enhancing education quality, surviving on specialty, and developing on innovation.
