| Abstract: | While the world has becoming an economical world, the paper makes a detailed comparative analysis on the differences in the copyright law, trademark law, geographic law and patent law of China and Mongolia, and summarizes the characteristics of the intellectual property system in the two countries, as well as gives some suggestions on the countermeasures used in the international trade between China and Mongolia. |
