对我国《著作权法》修改的建议

加快《著作权法》修改工作是贯彻中央关于文化大发展大繁荣决定的重要举措,也是深入贯彻《国家知识产权战略纲要》和进一步完善我国著作权法律制度的现实需要。经济全球化、科技全球化带来的巨大影响,特别是进入网络信息时代对著作权法律制度提出了巨大的挑战,著作权司法实践中也出现大量亟待立法解决的问题。《著作权法》的修改应当立足我国国情,着眼文化大发展大繁荣,坚持科学的态度,突出重点和难点。

Some Suggestions on the Revision of Copyright Law in China

The undertaking of the revision of Copyright Law is of great importance since it is the government’s significant decision about the cultural development and prosperity and also the requirement to implement the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy and to further consummate our legal system on copyright.The economical and technological globalization,especially the network-information age,poses great challenge to the copyright legal system and brings about enormous problems needed to be resolved by legislation in the juridical practice.For the cultural development and prosperity,the revision of the Copyright Law should be carried under the actual condition in our country and focus on the important and difficult aspects with scientific attitude.
