| 摘 要： | 文章分析了国际商业贷款中常见的一些违约事件条款 ,如不还款 ,违反对事实的陈述与保证 ,违反约定事项 ,交叉违约 ,破产、丧失清偿能力及类似事件条款 ,借款人控股关系的变化 ,借款人歇业和进行资产处置 ,重大不利变动条款等。并分析了对国际商业贷款违约之补救。最后 ,就该条款的总体效用作出评价
