转型时期影响社会稳定的主要有政治、经济、法治、思想文化等诸因素。其中有利因素：经济发展是社会稳定的根本保证；政治稳定，人民群众的根本利益得到进一步保障；法制健全，正常、公平的社会秩序基本形成；人们的思想文化素质提高，增强了民族凝聚力。不利因素：在社会经济发展过程中，新旧体制矛盾加大；地区、行业之间差距拉大，流动人口管理制度不健全，产生犯罪动因；精神文明、物质文化不同步。导致价值观的扭曲和行为规范的失衡。

The main factors,which affect social stability in transitional stage,are politics,economy,rule of law,ideology and culture.There are some advantages,such as economy growth is the fundamental guarantee of social stability,steady politics further ensures the essential interest of the mass,national cohesion is expected to be increased by perfect rule of law,normal and fair basic patterns of social orders,the enhancement of people's mental and cultural quality.On the other hand,the disadvantages can not be ignored,such as contradiction between new and old systems is enlarged,and gaps among regions and trades are widened in the process of social economy development,the imperfect regulation system on floating population brings about criminal motivation,the difference in spiritual civilization and material culture results in value distortion and imbalance of behavior criterion.
