| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年,郑州与全国一样,取得了辉煌的成就,初步实现了经济社会发展的历史性跨越,但也同样遇到了一些前所未有的矛盾和挑战,面对这些矛盾和挑战,我们只有一如既往地解放思想,才能实现新的跨越式发展,实现郑州发展新目标。政协要充分发挥参政议政作用,为丰富科学发展的思路和措施积极建言献策。
