| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO,我们在国际贸易中一直处于劣势的知识产权领域的问题越来越得到各方的重视,笔者针对国际技术贸易中没有明确法律保护的“专有技术”,从范围,许可方式,合同中保密条款的设置以及我国的行政机关的参与角度着眼,对专有技术进行介绍,建议确立法律保护与行政保护相结合的商业秘密保护体系。

| Abstract: | With entering WTO,every aspect of our society attaches importance to the inferior position of intellectural property rights in international trade.that there is no explicit law to protect the "KNOW-HOW" in our international techno-trade,In wiew of from the scope,the permit way,the installation of secret terms of the contract and the view of the native adminstrative office,the author suggests that our country should install the trade secret protection system upon the unity of legal protection and adminstrative protection. |
