A Modern Reflection on the Law of Pre - Qin and Qin Dynasty

China has a long history and cultural heritage, in which contain rich resources on rule of law. This article describes and analyse s the historical context, main principles, working mechanism, value orientation and practical results, points out that some traditional principles, doctrine and mechanisms of rule of law are in common with, and could be used to modern rule of law.
