| Abstract: | To attach great importance to strengthening the Party's organizational building at the grass-roots levels and to uphold the mass viewpoints by going down to the people and going deep into the realities of life are the basic demands of fulfilling the "Three Represent's" in the countryside, maintaining close ties with the masses and consolidating the position of the Party's being in power. |
