| 摘 要： | 检察官承担着法律监督、维护国家法律统一、正确实施、维护社会公平正义的重任。检察官素质的高低,直接影响检察职能作用的发挥,影响国家法治化的进程。笔者通过时江西省赣州市检察官专业素质现状的实证研究,寻求提高检察官履行检察职责的专业能力之良策,以期有益于司法实践。

| Abstract: | Procurators exercise the duty of legal supervision so that the state law can be unified and be rightly put into effect to defend social justice.The quality of procurator's professional qualifications directly affects the work of procurator and the process of the rule of law.Based on the current situation of the People's Procuratorate of Gan- zhou,the present study is seeking an effective way to improve the professional qualifications,in order to be of benefit to judicial practice. |
