| 摘 要： | 民办学校在近几年得到迅猛的发展,但教育界却普遍认为,民办学校的教育质量还不甚稳定,与国立名校比还有一定的差距.民办学校的教育组织中,个人效能、团队效能和组织效能的发挥还存在一定的问题,需要进行有效的激励、评定和变革.

Some measures should be taken to encourage, evaluate and reform it. |
