| 摘 要： | 正确处理环境与贸易的关系对于保护环境资源、促进贸易发展具有十分重要的作用。发展自由贸易虽然会增加环境成本 ,但如果通过环境成本内部化发展绿色贸易 ,在环境立法中引入市场机制 ,就能找到解决绿色贸易壁垒问题的真正办法 ,实现环境保护与贸易发展的双赢局面。

| Abstract: | It plays an essential part in environment protection and trade promotion to properly deal with the relationship between environment and trade. To develop free trade will increase environment cost, but if a green trade by means of internalization of environment cost is developed and the market mechanism is introduced in environment legislation, a real way to solve the green trade barrier will be found and both environment protection and trade development will be realized. |
