| 摘 要： | 培养建设好少先队干部队伍,对于促进少年儿童勤奋学习、快乐生活、全面发展、健康成长具有十分重要的意义。队干部的培养重在建设,要广设岗位、加强体验;规范培训、提高素质;实行民主选举、公平竞争,充分调动小干部在队组织中集体管理、活动组织、服务队员的积极性,使他们学会关心、学会合作、学会负责,培养健全的人格。

| Abstract: | It has important significance to cultivate Young Pioneers leadership for improving study,life,full development and healthy growth of juveniles.The important point in cultivation of Young Pioneers leadership is establishment.We should establish more posts and strengthen the experience,normalize training and improve quality;we should implement democracy election and justice competition by giving full play to leadership initiative in collectivity management,activity organization,service for membership to help them learn attention,cooperation and responsibility and to cultivate right personality. |
