| 摘 要： | 目标管理是综合了现代管理科学理论和行为科学理论的成果的一种管理思想和管理方式，将其引入公安院校的考核机制具有重要的现实意义。为充分发挥目标管理的预期作用和效果，必须明确在实施中应注意的一些重点和难点问题，对推行目标管理考核的成效进行科学评估，总结经验，查找不足，不断完善目标管理考核机制，逐步实现学校的总体发展目标。

| Abstract: | Management by objective is a management idea and management way integrating the fruits of modem management theory and behavior theory, and it＇ s of great realistic meaning to introduce it into the public security colleges. In order to give full play to the prospective effect and function of management by objective, we must make certain the emphases and difficulties during the operation, estimate the effect of carrying the management objective scientifically, summarize the experiences and find the deficiencies. Therefore we would perfect the management by objective and then realize the general goal of the college step by step. |
