| Abstract: | As an inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping' s thoughts, the object of building up an all-around society presents the practical spirit and theoretical courage of advancing with times. This object based on the phase feature of socialist construction and development correctly grasps the contemporary pulse and multi-dimensionally expounds the deep connotation of constructing all-around well-off society. As a new civilized view of development, advancing with times is its genius feature. |
