| 摘 要： | 监区作为我国监狱的基层单位,直接担负着惩罚和改造罪犯的重要任务,监区功能的发挥,直接影响着监狱职能的实现。重视监区工作,促进监区管理的规范化,对于夯实监狱的基础工作,完成监狱的既定工作目标有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | As the basic unit of China's Prison System,the prison shoulders responsibility of punishing and reforming the criminals.So the exertion of prison's function affects the realization of prison's function.It has an important practical significance on the compacted basic work and the accomplishment of the fixed working aim to emphasize on prison work and promote the standardization of prison management. |
