论和谐社会视野下我国的公民教育

公民教育是世界各国普遍进行的一项活动。在中国,公民教育的价值和意义也逐渐为人们所认识。在追求社会和谐成为社会共识、建设和谐社会上升为国家意志的情况下,公民教育愈发显示出其重要性。构建社会主义和谐社会,是一项艰巨复杂的社会系统工程,需要通过大力发展公民教育、提升公民的素质与能力来推进社会主义和谐社会的建设进程。

On Chinese Citizens Education under the View of the Harmonious Society

The civic education is generally conducted as a national activity. In China, the value and meaning of the civic education？ for the people have gradually been recognized. In the pursuit of social harmony becoming social consensus and building up a harmonious society rising for the will of the state＇s case, civic education increasingly shows its importance. Building a harmonious socialist society is an arduous and complex social construction engineering, which needs vigorous development of civic education and the promotion of the quality and ability？ of citizens？ to advance the process of the construction of a harmonious socialist society. This article elaborates the meaning of civic education and harmonious society, points that the civic education is the foundation engineering in constructing the harmonious socialist society and finally proposes the fundamental requirement and the implementation way of strengthening the civic education.
