| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,知识产权犯罪日趋严重,因此,对知识产权的刑法保护显得紧迫而重要。但是,现行刑法中的相关立法条文和司法解释仍存在诸多问题,所以必须对相应问题进行分析、研究并提出妥当的解决措施,如厘清相关法律概念、增设相关罪名及加大罚金刑的处罚力度等,为我国知识产权的顺利发展保驾护航。
