大部制改革背景下行政三分体制的地方实践模式分析

The Analysis of Three-divided Administrative Practice Patterns Under the Background of Super-Ministry System

After the conclusion of the National People’s Congress,super-ministry system has become the keyword of the reform of the administration system.Take this situation as the background,a reform became the necessary choice of the current politics.Of course,the reform takes the core as the recombination of governmental functions,and also as harmonious coordination of decision-making power,right of execution and authority to supervise.By connecting the super-ministry system of foreign countries with China’s local conditions,people gain the concept of dividing the administration into three parts.
